About returns and cancellations policy
As a general rule, we cannot accept unreasonable requests for returns or exchanges from our customers, so please be forewarned. If available, damaged products will be exchanged, if not a refund will be made. For such a request, please write us an e-mail with the order number, customer name, product name, and issue. We will bear the shipping costs incurred when exchanging or refunding damaged items.

Regarding delivery
Delivery is limited within Japan. The delivery company used is Yamato Transport. Shipping is free for orders of over 30,000 yen.

Our products are carefully packed with cushioning material and sent in a paper box (except for products that require simple packaging and shipping methods). We do not accept gift wrapping, but we can attach a message or include an invoice. Please contact us at the time of order if you wish to do so.
